lululemon x KeepFit Women Community Drop In Workout

A final event, to thank the KFW community for your ongoing support, as Jeenie finishes her 2 year ambassadorship with lululemon.

Join Jeenie Brasseur, owner of KeepFit Women and lululemon Ambassador, for a 45 minute KeepFit Women style workout followed by a community mingle and refreshments 

Date: May 28th, 2024

Time: 6pm - 8pm
Location: Indoors at Newcastle Community Hall, Newcastle

Movement session: The workout itself will be a body weighted strength session, and then shift into restorative movement and mobility.  

Cost: Free 

This event is a public event, open to all women, and as as always, LGBTQIA+ friendly.
